INTRODUCTION | Religious Diversity | Overcoming Antisemitism | Overcoming Islamophobia | Gender-based Discrimination & Homophobia

With a long experience in delivering diversity education and anti-discrimination training throughout Europe, it has become apparent to CEJI that there is a need for extra resources to address particularly sensitive contemporary social issues. By providing these subject-specific modules, CEJI is increasing educators’ confidence, competences and resources to address these complex subjects, and thus contribute to a de-escalation of rising tensions, more productive approaches to conflicts and the elimination of discrimination.

The subject-specific modules are embedded in the spirit of diversity education, honouring the multi-facet nature of identity. While they address specific social needs, they aim for the promotion of “an inclusive and democratic Europe in which people enjoy their full potential with all their diversity.” CEJI Vision Statement
